is reserved for businesses and organisations in the Northampton area. The definition
of Northampton area is not absolute, and is subject to editorial judgement by
town-index limited.
Northampton-Index editorial policy is set by town-index limited at
its own discretion. Any submission for services on the website is subject
to editorial approval. We wish to maintain a high standard of content. However,
town-index limited can not undertake to verify the accuracy of the
information provided by advertisers. The accuracy of information provided,
is the responsibility of the advertiser. The advertiser is liable for any
costs, and financial penalties occurring as a result of any inaccuracies
or omissions in the information provided.
Information and content provided to town-index limited for inclusion
on Northampton-Index is warranted by the advertiser to have copyright permission
for use for this purpose. The advertiser also warrants that no trademark
is infringed by the use of the provided material on the website. If any
copyright or trademark infringement is held to have occurred, or is alleged
to have occurred, as a result of material being placed on Northampton-Index,
the advertiser agrees to indemnify town-index limited against any
costs, damages and/or other financial penalties incurred as a result of
such placement.

no charge for removing entries. Changes to information on web pages or listings

one free change to update telephone number or address details will be provided
in any one year.
If a Northampton-Index entry is cancelled by the advertiser in advance of
the agreed period of display expiring, no monies are refundable to the advertiser
in respect of the unexpired period.

reserve the right to alter or discontinue services on Northampton-Index, and
to vary these terms and conditions to reflect the changing nature of the
business environment.
